Can I rent individual rooms, or is the entire property required for booking?
El Mirador de Marbella offers both options—you may book individual rooms for smaller groups or reserve the entire house for exclusive privacy. Pricing varies based on occupancy and season.
Are there any special rules or conditions for using the natural swimming pool?
Yes, for safety and maintenance, guests are kindly asked to:
- Be aware and accept that occasional weather and other events including temperature changes and rain may affect the PH balance of the ecological pool, making it temporarily unavailable for swimming activities, possibly even for multiple days or weeks.
- Observe pool hours (typically 8 AM to 8 PM).
- Avoid glassware near the pool area (reusable plastic cups provided).
- Shower before entering.
- Refrain from urinating or using chemical sunscreen or other skin/cosmetic products in the pool.
Is the property family-friendly?
With multiple levels, stairways, and an unfenced pool, El Mirador de Marbella is not particularly suitable for families with young children.
Do you offer on-site meal services or a kitchen for guest use?
The main level of the home has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, and the common outdoor kitchen has BBQ facilities. El Mirador de Marbella has a published digital map for guests with recommendations & local restaurant locations.
For an additional fee, El Mirador de Marbella can arrange:
- Breakfast baskets.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
It’s recommended to book as far ahead as possible, especially for peak season (December–April, July-August). Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?
Yes! Extended stays (7+ nights) may qualify for discounts, depending on the season.

Is there staff or assistance available during our stay?
